Author Guidelines
Instructions for Authors and Contributors
Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted with a formal covering letter from the corresponding author addressed to the Managing Editor via email to:
Upon successful submission, the corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment within one week. For any questions regarding manuscript preparation or submission, authors should contact us via the journal email. All submissions must be in English and must be original, unpublished works not under consideration elsewhere.
The corresponding author must confirm that the manuscript is submitted on behalf of all co-authors and that all have approved the content. Upon acceptance, copyright of the article belongs to Veritas Vox Publishing House. Submission implies acceptance of the journal’s guidelines.
Manuscript Preparation
Original Research Articles should clearly outline new and verified results. Experimental methods should be detailed enough for replication. Manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman font, font size 12pt, double-spaced, with one-inch (2.5 cm) margins on all sides and continuous line numbering throughout.
Main headings may be in 14pt bold, subheadings in 12pt bold. Pages must be numbered starting from the title page. Articles should follow the structure below:

2. Abstract
3. Keywords
4. Introduction
5. Conceptual Review
6. Materials and Methods
7. Results and Discussion
8. Conclusion
9. References
Use structured numbering: e.g., 1, 1.1, 2, 2.1.2, etc.
Title Page
· Title of the manuscript (bold, title case)
· Author names (uppercase)
· Institutional affiliations
· Corresponding author identified with an asterisk (*)
· Email, phone number, and fax of corresponding author
Abstract
Should clearly describe the problem, methodology, key findings, and conclusions in a single paragraph, not exceeding 250 words. Avoid abbreviations, diagrams, and references.
Keywords
Provide 4 to 6 keywords that reflect the main themes of the paper. Place them at the end of the abstract.
Introduction
Brief background, purpose of the study, significance, and summary of relevant literature.
Conceptual Review
Overview of existing concepts, theories, models, and frameworks relevant to the study.
Materials and Methods
Describe study area, materials, data sources, tools, and methodology clearly. Permission must be obtained for any adapted content, and sources credited accordingly.
Results and Discussion
Present data concisely. Combine or separate results and discussion as needed. Tables and figures must be embedded in the text at appropriate points, with titles and captions. Use text-based labels; images should be high-resolution digital files.
Conclusion
Summarize the major findings and their implications.
References
Use superscript numbering for in-text citations. List references in the order they appear in the text. Example format:
1. Adebayo, T. (2020). Health Systems Management. Lagos: MedPress.
2. Okeke, J., & Bello, M. (2019). Trends in Public Health in Nigeria. Nigerian Journal of Health Policy, 15(2), 22-35.

Article Handling / Processing Fees
There is no submission fee. However, accepted articles will attract a processing fee to support indexing, formatting, editorial management, and online hosting. Details will be communicated upon acceptance.
